An informative notice board has been installed in the LIFE Nirvana pilot site, located in the former Zarandona WWTP, one of the facilities managed by Aguas de Murcia. The main objective of this material is to disseminate the LIFE Nirvana project and the LIFE Programme to those visitors that, throughout the lifetime of the project, have first-hand contact with the pilot plant, including project stakeholders, students and technical audiences, among others.
The notice board is an informative poster that exposes in an easy-to-understand language and in a visual way the context and the objectives of the project. The poster includes three main sections: “Which is LIFE Nirvana objective?”, “What is the pilot plant studying?” and “Which are the benefits of LIFE Nirvana?”, as well as an infographic that outlines the project context and details the processes carried out in the pilot site.
The LIFE Nirvana pilot plant started recently after months of preparation. LIFE Nirvana project, coordinated by Cetaqua Andalucía and with the participation of Aguas de Murcia and Aquatec, aims to restore the good chemical status of the groundwater bodies polluted by nitrates.
